A Message from our Co-Founders

Expanding Our Horizons: Announcing the Launch of GHS Group

Over the past decade, our mission has been guided by a single, unwavering goal: empowering households, businesses, and communities across Scotland to build a warmer, smarter, and more sustainable future.

Today, we are taking a significant step forward in that journey.

We are proud to formally announce the launch of GHS Group, a unified corporate structure that officially brings together two of Scotland’s premier energy efficiency specialists: Green Home Systems and Andrew Wright Windows.

As part of this integration, Green Home Systems has joined our Andrew Wright Windows manufacturing site at 9 Telford Place, Irvine to create a new centralised operational headquarters for GHS Group – bringing all our teams together under one roof to build on nine decades of Scottish craftsmanship and heritage.

Why We Are Coming Together

The way we build, heat, and power our homes and commercial buildings is undergoing a generational shift. Achieving true energy efficiency is rarely about a single fix – it requires a holistic approach. It demands thermal insulation, high-performance precision-engineered glazing, clean renewables, and modern heating systems working in perfect harmony.

By uniting Green Home Systems, a leader in renewable energy and innovative insulation solutions, with Andrew Wright Windows, a pioneer in the glazing industry with nine decades of manufacturing heritage, we are closing the loop.

Under the GHS Group banner, we now offer a genuine end-to-end Whole-House Retrofit and Commercial Net Zero service. From high-efficiency double glazing produced at our own manufacturing facility, to solar PV, battery storage, air-source heat pumps, and insulation, we provide a complete solution under one corporate roof.

A Century of Craftsmanship

Andrew Wright Windows was founded in 1937. For nearly a century, the company has been manufacturing windows in Irvine, Scotland building a reputation for quality and durability that has been passed down through generations of skilled tradespeople. That same manufacturing heritage now sits at the heart of GHS Group’s retrofit offering, so that every window and project we install carries decades of trusted expertise.

What This Means for You

For Homeowners, you will continue dealing with the brands you know and trust. Green Home Systems and Andrew Wright Windows will maintain their distinct identities, local teams, and personalised service. However, as sister companies, our teams can now seamlessly coordinate your upgrades, making your home improvements simpler, faster, and more cost-effective.

For Commercial Clients, Local Authorities & Third Sector Partners, GHS Group centralises our corporate management, compliance, and tendering operations. This scale enables us to bid jointly on multi-disciplinary public sector frameworks and commercial retrofit contracts, serving as a single, accountable main contractor with full internal control over manufacturing, installation, and quality assurance.

For Our Staff, this milestone represents stronger job security, greater operational resilience, and expanded career development paths as we invest heavily in centralised infrastructure, technology, and training across our operations.

Our newly formed GHS Group remains wholly owned by the Easton Group, a family business with its own community roots stretching back over five decades. And while our structure is growing, our core values remain unchanged. These are the principals that guide our everyday decision-making and behaviours, and define the culture that we aspire to.

Quality Craftsmanship: We take pride in our work

Integrity & Trust: We do what we say

Customer First: Our customers’ experience is paramount

Accountability: We own the outcome

Heritage & Growth: We respect our past and build our future

Sustainability: We care about our impact

Building a Sustainable Tomorrow

As the UK transitions into a decarbonised society, GHS Group stands ready to lead the modern standard for energy-efficient property transformations: reducing carbon emissions, eliminating fuel poverty, driving down energy bills and elevating the comfort and quality of family homes and businesses.

Uniting a century of Scottish manufacturing with cutting-edge clean-tech innovation, GHS Group is more than an organisational realignment; it is a launchpad for sustainable growth, community investment, and regional employment. Together as sister companies, Green Home Systems and Andrew Wright Windows invite homeowners, local authorities, third sector and commercial partners to join us in powering a cleaner, warmer, and more energy-resilient future for Scotland and beyond.

Thank you for your continued trust and partnership.

Yours faithfully for a sustainable future,

Peter Easton                     Steven Easton
