Type of Repair

What type of repair are you reporting?*

A ROUTINE REPAIR is, for example, a broken kitchen cupboard door. It is not an emergency or urgent, but cannot wait until a future maintenance programme.

An URGENT REPAIR is, for example, a broker boiler with no heating or hot water. It is a repair that is not an emergency, but the risk is sufficient for the work to be carried out in a shorter time period than a routine repair. An urgent repair will be addressed by us the next working day.

An EMERGENCY REPAIR is, for example, a leaking mains water pipe. It is a repair that presents a risk to life, a serious danger to health and safety, or the potential for more extensive damage to the property. An emergency repair will be addressed by us as soon as possible.
