Easton Capital reacquires full ownership of Green Home Systems

Easton Group is delighted to announce that its private equity division, Easton Capital, has completed the buyback of shares in Green Home Systems from European sustainability investor Circularity Capital, returning the energy-efficiency specialist to full ownership by its founders.

The transaction marks a major milestone in the continued growth story of Green Home Systems. Co-founded in 2014 by brothers Peter and Steven Easton, the Irvine-headquartered company has established itself as one of the UK’s fastest-growing clean-tech and home improvement businesses. The business was recently ranked 39th UK-wide, and 2nd in Scotland, in The Sunday Times Hundred list of Britain’s fastest-growing private companies after scaling revenues to £17 million.

Circularity Capital’s backing provided valuable institutional support during a key scaling phase for the business. Bringing ownership back under the founders’ control reinforces Easton Group’s long-term commitment to leading the green transition, tackling fuel poverty, and driving sustainable property upgrades across Scotland and the UK.

Easton Capital will continue to deploy resources to support Green Home Systems’ expansion across domestic, public sector, and commercial decarbonisation markets.

Steven Easton, Director of Easton Group, said:

“We would like to express our gratitude to the team at Circularity Capital for their partnership and shared vision over recent years. Reacquiring complete ownership of Green Home Systems is an exceptionally proud moment for Peter and me. The business has built extraordinary momentum, and having full control positions us perfectly to make bold investments, innovate faster, and accelerate our mission to make homes warmer, greener, and more energy-efficient.”

Peter Easton, Director of Easton Group, added:

“Green Home Systems lies at the very heart of our group’s long-term vision. Taking back full ownership allows us to streamline our strategic focus, reinvest capital back into expanding our operational capacity, and continue scaling our talented local workforce. The future for Green Home Systems has never looked brighter, and we are excited to drive the next chapter of growth under 100% Easton Group ownership.”
