Easton Property agrees new deal with Claire's Accessories

Easton Property has agreed a three year lease extension with national fashion retailer Claire’s Accessories UK Limited. The 700 square foot property is well located on King Street in Kilmarnock town centre, and the deal will preserve the retailer’s presence in the town, which has been well-established at this location for over twenty years.
Since 1974, Claire’s Accessories has been the fun fashion destination for jewelry, cosmetics, accessories and ear piercing for tweens, teens and young girls between 3 and 18 years of age.
Easton Property has over 100 commercial properties throughout Scotland. It is a division of the Easton Group – a family-owned property and investment business with 50 years’ experience of investing in communities.
